The famous sentence from Renè Magritte's painting "La Trahison des images" (Ceci n'est pas une pipe) is readapted and relocated to another subject while preserving the same conceptual meaning: we are in front of a wall and not a forest.

The painting is only a formal representation and in no way can it replace the complex interactions of a living ecosystem.

This work is critical of the false promises and easy solutions propounded by companies and institutions to compensate for the irreversible damage of human actions.
